What is a default shipping address?
If you have more than one shipping address, one of the address will be set as default in your account information.
The default shipping address is the address to which your order will be shipped unless you select different shipping address during the checkout process.
What is a default credit card?
You may have specified more than one credit card in your account information. The default credit card is the card that will be charged by default unless you select another credit card during the checkout process.
Can I have more than one billing address?
No. You cannot have more than one billing address. But you can change your billing address by editing it. To edit your billing address, click on "My Account".
Can I have more than one shipping address?
Yes. You can specify as many shipping addresses as you want. To prevent fraud, we will only ship to an alternate address that is stated on the credit card account as an alternate shipping address or in the notes portion of the records for merchant verification. This does not apply to debit cards, as most debit card banks do not allow the customer to add an alternate address. If you need to notify the issuing bank of an alternate address, you may do so by calling the number on the back of your credit card. Deal-Stop.com will call your bank to verify your information before shipping your order. Due to shipper restrictions, we cannot deliver to APO, FPO, PSC or PO Boxes.
How can I add a shipping address to my account?
To add a shipping address, click on "My Account". The details of your account are displayed. Click on the Add New Shipping Address button to add a new shipping address.
Can I delete an address from my address list?
No. You cannot delete any address but you could change it by editing it.
How do I make changes to an address in my list?
To edit an address, click on "My Account". The details of your account are displayed. Click on the "EDIT" button located next to the address you want to modify.
How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of an order, click on the "Order Status" button. You can specify the Purchase Order number (optional) and/or select the Order Type and/or Date Range and hit "SUBMIT" button. You will be forwarded to a page with list of orders you selected to view for further details.
How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, you must contact our customer service representative either by e-mail or by phone for assistance.
What are the benefits of registration?
As a registered customer, you are able to place orders, track your purchases, view invoices, process returns and more.
I already have an account with Deal-Stop.com. Do I need to register myself again on your web store?
No. If you already have an account with us, contact our Customer Service; they will give you your login name and password. You can login and then change your password.
Can I place an order without registering?
No. Before you place an order with us, you must register. We understand how valuable your time is and our registration has been designed to take up not more than a few minutes of your time. Once you have registered with us, you will not need to enter your information in future visits to our site.
How can I place an order without using my credit card?
If you do not wish to use a credit card as a form of payment, you can pay using Paypal. We accept Paypal payments with a confirmed shipping address. Payments with an unconfirmed shipping address will be refunded and will need to be re-paid with a confirmed shipping address. Deal Stop is only able to ship to the address that is on the Paypal payment.
What should I do if I forget my password?
If you have registered with us and forgot your password, click on the "Login" link. Enter your e-mail address and click on "REQUEST" button. Your password will be e-mailed to you.
How do I return product?
Our returns policy is specified in the "Terms & Conditions".
Why must I pay for return shipping?
Deal-Stop.com is not responsible for product defects, because we do not manufacure the products we sell. In order to offer consistently low prices, we share the cost of return shipments so we don't have to build extra cost into the price of each product. It is important to us that your product performs well and is free from any defect. This is why we will pay to ship the replacement back to you.
Will Deal-Stop.com match a price of another supplier?
Deal-Stop.com strives to offer low prices, however, we do not offer price matching. We do update our prices throughout each day to always ensure the best deal for our customers.
Do you have this product in stock?
The pages displaying products always specify if the product is "In Stock" or "Back Ordered". If the status shows "In Stock", orders received by 3:00pm EST usually ship same business day if payment informatin is verified. If the status shows "Back Order", this product is currently not in stock.
When will my product be shipped?
Most credit approved and in stock orders placed before 3:00pm EST will ship the same day (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 3:00pm EST will ship the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays). For fast delivery, Deal-Stop.com always ships from the warehouse (with the requested item in stock) closest to you. If your order is shipped across the country, ground service can take up to 7 business days. Due to shipper restrictions, we cannot deliver to APO, FPO, PSC or PO Boxes.
What is the difference between OEM, BULK, WHITE BOX and RETAIL versions?
Typically the "OEM", "BULK" and "White Box" versions do not have the colorful retail packaging. "OEM", "BULK" and "White Box" versions usually include all necessary driver software or it is available for download from the manufacturer's Web site. They may not include the bundled games and/or other software and/or cabling and add-on equipment or adapters that the "Retail" versions have. "Retail" versions of products at Deal-Stop.com usually are described as "Retail" or "Boxed" in the product description.
